Took my 2 hours to cancel my service

Cancellation of service proved to be a frustrating ordeal. Despite an hour of scouring the app, cancellation required a call, which was met with unresponsive customer service. This experience, especially concerning the Gizmo watches for my boys, ensures I won't be considering Verizon in the future.
