I have Total By Verizon, and I'm coming here for help as I have gained literally nothing from anything they have to offer. Every time I try to make a call, I am immediately met with "We’re sorry, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of this call. Announcement 19." playing repeatedly. I also cannot send SMS, although my data has been working. I have called and talked to six different representatives at Total's support line, which is obviously a very busy call center (evidenced by the extremely loud background noise on the call at all times), and it is quite obvious they have no clue what they are doing but are completely unwilling to admit it. My phone is essentially almost nonfunctional, and they actually even managed to completely turn off my cellular data as well to boot during my most recent call with them. Verizon needs to do a lot better as a parent company, especially given that I never experienced a problem with my service like this before they changed to Total By Verizon.
