So I've been a customer for a few months now, and and on the unlimited plus plan (5guwb if your phone has the tech). The downside is Fayetteville, AR doesn't have 5g. (yet?) Springdale (10 minutes north) recently had its towers "upgraded" and it was during this time when I noticed my apn had switched from Verizon Internet to TracFone. I understand that Verizon recently acquired TF. It's just that instead of being on the premium network, I guess I'm on the prepaid network(?). Which means in time of high traffic my speeds get throttled. And with verizon being verizon I can't change the apn back. All options are grey and uneditable. How do I fix this?
