I traded in my iPhone XS device when purchasing iPhone 14S in September 2022. I received the email that Verizon received my device on September 24th. On the status update, I saw that it was priced at around $800. They said that the credit will be applied to my bill over 36 months.
I don't see it applied to my bill until now since then. I have been calling the customer center from December, and every time I call they said I will see the credit on my next bill. Nothing in the next bill. I called again the next month, and they said it will apply to my next bill. Still nothing, and now it's already been seven months since they took my device.
