Hello, I traded In my phone last year April, 2022 for an IPhone 13 Pro Max. Verizon took my phone in for a credit of $800! I have not received that credit on my phone bills and I have been paying the same regular price for an iPhone 13 Pro Max WHILE Verizon just pocketed my iPhone 12 Pro at the time. I have called many many times to try to get this issue resolved but somehow nobody can track where my phone is and nobody can see where my phone was received !! I am still awaiting the bill change because I have paid more than what I was initially supposed to! Nice after I am done paying this phone I will most likely not come back to Verizon if not resolved :((
