Another hand raised for the Trade-In issues. Had the grandfathered original unlimited data plan...they convinced me to "upgrade" get a new phone and a huge discount / credit on trade in.
Handed the store my trade in Jan 22nd. Told 1-2 billing cycles...nothing. made calls/texts/chats/etc...still nothing but promises.
In the end i get duped into a new phone, higher bill and unkept promises after being a loyal customer for over a decade!
