Need to get my Trade-In Kit and Submission ID for my 2 trade-in. I have not received a kit nor can I get anyone on the phone to give me straight answer.

May I ask if you have submitted your devices for trade-in on our website? Once submitting your application for trading in, you will be provided a Submission ID for each device and return shipping materials as well.-Lorenzo
