Trade In agreement issue

I traded in my 11” inch IPad Pro (2021) on October 18th, Verizon received the device on Oct. 29th and the trade-in agreement say that the device would be assessed within 2 weeks of being received. It is now almost 6 weeks later and still not assessed. How long does this take??? I have called and spoken to numerous individuals on the Verizon support line and still no help. Very frustrating and an issue that I have never encountered in the 8 years I have been with Verizon..
