My husband and I went to a Verizon store and were told that with our trade-ins, we'd be paying $10 each to upgrade our phones, spread out over 36 months. Our bills were $120. Now we're receiving a $184 bill every month and every time we call a customer service rep, we're told the people at store "must have made a mistake" and there's nothing they can do for us. How is this allowed? This is just fraud and we're very disappointed. We are looking at ways to just get our own devices back and go to a different carrier if this cant be resolved.

You did not send me any private note. I think you should stop focusing on web PR and actually try to help customers for once.
