Just spent 2.5 hours in a Verizon chat with absolutely no resolution. Tried to figure out details on paying off my phone because Xfinty has an amazing plan that could cut my bill in half plus other perks. Well 1st the agent said one amount and my trade amount was 22.22 then came back and say no it is 33.33 so he clearly kept flip flopping. In between all of this he told me I should have Disney + lifetime for free. I said I have been paying Verizon for months for Disney +. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was getting the same go around. 2.5 hours and no solution! So annoying.
