Trade in Device


I upgraded two phones on my account, and did the trade in to get the monthly credit. I sent both trade-in phones back in the same box, however Verizon is saying they only received one of the phones. I've spent hours trying to get this resolved and no one helps me. This has been going on for 3 months now. 

Anyone else have this problem?

squinn327, thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear about your experience. Making sure you receive the trade-in credit that you qualify for is important. Each device trade-in is treated as an individual transaction. If you are trading in two or more devices you will be sent individual return labels for each request.
