Trade in credit issues

Hi,

 

I switch from AT&T to Verzion last November. There is promption that is buying new iphone13 series and get trade in credit for you old phone. And I purchased iphone13 pro. The agent mentioned there is a $400 off if trade in my old iPhone 6. While I did not like iPhone 13 pro, so I returned and exchange to iphone13 within a week. And I did the trade-in my old iPhone 6 that time. However, the Verizon system showed the exchange from iPhone13 pro to iphone13 was a upgrade, and later trade-in value of my iPhone6 was only $10. 
I called Verizon customer service several times, and no one can solve the problem. Hoping someone in here can help this issue. Thanks!

were you able to resolve this issue?

Because i have the same issue and its beyond frustrating now. I have been trying to get this resolved since June. I had moved my 9 lines from Tmobile, and purchased new devices for all the lines and traded-in all old devices for all the 9 lines as well.

I didnt get the credit on 3 of my devices, because 3 of the new devices got charged on my credit card in full price, so in turn it got removed from the payment playment contract and void the trade in promo.

I had been in touch with customer service since june, to either return the trade ins, or resolve the promo credit for my devices. The customer services have been promising that it will be taken care in 7-10 days, they had sumbitted the promo correction forms,  but still nothing.

I have not recicved and credit, and now they told me that since its been 3 months, nothing could be done. Those trade in devices were sent to manufacture. I have lost my Trade in phones and the Trade in promo credit worth $2400 ($800 /device). I have been on phone with Verizon every week for 2-3 hours per call. Im really hoping somebody could help provide a solution.
