I upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max to a Samsung S22 ultra. I did the trade in promo however, I hated the Samsung so I returned it and am not going to send in my iPhone since I returned the Samsung. I’m trying to upgrade to the new iPhone 13 but it won’t allow me to use my 12 pro max as a trade in as I already did before (with the Samsung). Since I technically canceled that trade in does anyone know how to fix this? Verizon requires you to enter the IMEI number for the phone but gives me error as it’s been attempted before under the upgrade I returned
