I bought 3 Iphone 13 on October 8 and 11. and for some reason, it’s really hard to get the trade in kit. Worst of all, the worst experience for a new customer.
It’s Nov 3rd and after so many calls with customer service and with a supervisor, no one is able to help me. They’ve ordered the trade in kit more than 3 times over the phone. I’ve ordered through the chat service and still nothing. Last, I did tried to order for myself the trade in kit and still nothing. How many times do I have to call? I can not waste my time trying to solve a problem that to begin with was not my fault. And please, don’t try to give me the instructions on how to reorder the trade in kit because I already tried it. Also, “We’ll send you another trade in kit” it’s something they’ve done several times and still nothing.

Last Friday they resent the kit and I was tracking it with the tracking number customer service provided me. It was supposed to arrived today but usps sent it back to VZW , the reason, “insufficient address”
Today they reorder it again but what makes it different for the other 4 times customer service reordered? Or the one time the chat service also reordered? Or when I even reordered making sure the address was right and even when I did it , still I couldn’t get it? All I heard is , “We’ll reorder it again” “I promise you’ll get your kit this time” “Your case was escalated” even talking with a supervisor was no helpful at all.
