Trade in not accurate

I’ve had Verizon for a lifetime and for the life of me cannot understand why I get 40 page agreements, multiple emails and multiple places to refer to my payment agreements on the app, for what I am responsible for paying, but have NEVER ONCE received a confirmation or receipt for how much my trade in was valued as. When I do the math, the monthly credits are ALWAYS WAY LESS than promised. This is definitely big time fraud and they’re getting over on all of us. I haven’t switched because I’m almost certain this is just the case across the board. Moving forward, try to resist upgrading, or payoff your phone and sell it privately. Good luck folks.
