Trade in problem

I ported 5 numbers from sprint to verizon and put in all the IMEIs for all 5 devices online when I submitted the order.  I only got one trade in kit for one device and it doesn’t have any submission id or any information what phone to submit.  I have been calling and chatting and could not get any answers.  
How do I complete this trade in process?  I tried submitting the trade in online from my account and it said the IMEI is already with an existing trade in order.
