I'm simply confused about where the money went. I received a 900 dollar trade in from my previous device. This one was 1200, I still somehow owe over 800 dollars.
The best way to make sure that the promotion is applied is to check your bill. Under the line you upgraded there should be a device credit for a certain number of months, usually 36.
