Are you still able to transfer upgrades in 2023 if so how does one do so?

Hey Chase171, I know I have had to transfer upgrades in the past to other users on my account as well. The great news is that you can still do this. Follow the steps under "How can I transfer my upgrade eligibility from one device to another?" under the Switching device upgrade eligibility with another device section here: https://www.verizon.com/support/upgrade-device-faqs/
