I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my ongoing attempt to transfer a line from a consumer account to a business account. Despite following all the required steps, the process has been plagued with issues for over a week, and I have been unable to resolve them despite multiple attempts to contact customer service.
The primary issue lies with the system. Every time I receive the link to enter the request number and tax ID, the system prompts me to re-enter the request number, which I have already provided. This indicates a glitch in your system, which I understand can happen, but it is unacceptable that such a problem persists for this long without resolution. I have double check with the representative that I am typing the correct request number, and I have in fact typed it correctly, I have also try different devices, and different internet servers, nothing seems to work.
Furthermore, I authorized a Verizon representative to handle this process on my behalf, yet every time I provide the requested information, the call ends without any resolution, or they also get an error.This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Verizonโs reputation.
The overall customer service experience has been extremely poor. The calls often get disconnected, and no one makes an effort to call back. Representatives fail to clearly explain the issue with my request, and instead, I am frequently transferred to another representativeโor the call is simply dropped. This lack of communication and accountability is frustrating and reflects very poorly on your service standards.
All I am requesting is assistance to resolve this matter. I donโt know what to do since I been calling almost everyday for the past 2 week, spoken to multiple representatives, I been to 2 different stores and no one can address this issue, or provide a clear explanation of the problem. I hope someone can tell me what to do in order to resolve this matter with no further delay.
