I was able to use a Scandisk dual USB Storage device until the recent update to my HTC ONE now the USB Storage will not mount the one screen instructions to give permissions does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
That is strange, Steve1270. Have you tried a different SD card to see if it will work? Is it not working with your HTC One or your computer?
