Unable to Upgrade Online

I am unable to upgrade my phone either in the app or the website. I get cannot be processed at this time in the app and system error on the web page.
My phone is fully paid and the upgrade option is there.

Save yourself the headache (and upgrade fee), get a sim free/unlocked version of the phone you want from the Manufacturer or Amazon.
