Unable to report poor cell coverage

I work in area code 32081. Terrible, terrible cell coverage. Dropped calls daily. Streaming and internet never reliable. 
it’s not my phone cause I’ve talked with many Verizon techs about it. The phone works. Only in areas that have actual cell coverage.
