Unacceptable LTE "speed"

I typically use wifi at home, with my download speeds averaging between 25-45Mb/s. When I switch over to Verizon LTE, I get download "speed" of about 1.6Mb/s and download at 0.01!!

1997 called and wants their service back! ( Or maybe you should revert to 1997 pricing)

Surely Verizon can't find this acceptable - I don't!  Is there anything that can be done other than switching carriers? I am in ZIP Code 91401, not exactly the middle of nowhere.

Having the speeds that you need is always what we want for you. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. When did this begin? Are other lines affected at this location? Do you notice a change when outdoors? We are not showing any reported issues within the area and will need your help. Was there anything new added to the phone recently?
