I've been with Verizon for over a year now switch from Sprint after 20 years poor decision on my part Verizon does not know how to compromise communicate and take care of the customers that take care of them try to get a new phone due to constant things happening with my Google pixel 7 pro they wanted me to pay $500 and something dollars to get a different phone I think that's unfair every month I pay my bill on time which is $300 a month they could not come just let me pay the taxes on the phone and go from there you would rather lose a good customer then to take care of the people who take care of you.
