Unreasonable hold times

I have been currently on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes. Prior to this I have been trying to resolve my issue since January and it is now April 15th using the chat feature. One agent says one thing only to have another agent says the previous agent was wrong. 

I sent back my iPad and the warehouse received it . Yet I am being charged monthly for a device that Verizon has. I am being told something new each time.

No, I wasn't. I am still waiting, lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ 

Around November 2023, I purchased the Apple bundle. The promotion suggested that we could get an Apple Watch, iPhone 15, and tablet on โ€œUs"(Verizon). However, I sent the watch back immediately. I never received the iPhone. 

I asked the agent if I would be charged for the iPad. He suggested that I wouldnโ€™t be charged. However, in Jan. 2024, I was charged for the Ipad. I spoke with another agent, and I informed him of the situation, but the date to return was past. I reiterated to him to look at the notes, and he would see where the previous agent suggested I wouldn't be charged. 

So, he made an exception and sent me a return label to send the iPad back. I was charged a restocking fee (which I understood), but I was also charged for the line for the iPad and the iPad. And this has been happening since Jan 2024. 

On a positive note, two people stated that they would open an investigation and it would take 5 business days, but I haven't received any response. 

I tried calling a few times, but the hold times were long. However, I have already mentioned this.
