Untruthful Customer Service

I have never written a post like this before, however I feel completely taken advantage of. Trying to lower my bill, I chat with a so-called "billing expert" who guides me towards a plan that will only increase my bill by $8. Considering we just lowered our bill by paying off a couple of devices, I was very happy that I'd end up with more data and still be saving money. A week or so later I find that this "expert" didn't disclose to me that there was a special discount that went with my last plan that (of course) no longer applies... now my bill is HIGHER by about $50/mo! Trying to address this with another "expert" got me ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE. I am beyond frustrated with companies like Verizon who completely take advantage of their customers, and hide behind these "feel good" advertisements making them seem like they care. We have been customers for more than 20 years and I am looking to leave.

The last thing we want is for you to have a negative impression of us. Please tell us more, how much were you expecting to pay per month and what is your budget? How do you use the service? Who uses the device(s)?
