Update CNAM for Company when we call an Verizon Customer

Our company has a voip carrier that has updated our CNAM for our phone line in their database. When we call an Verizon wireless customer it comes up with the phone# and an incorrect copmany (occassionaly it will show a name which is not right) which is causing issues with people knowing who is calling. How do we get Verizon to update their CNAM file so that when we call your wireless customers our correct name appears
