Ordered the free Iphone 15 Plus on the 28th and recieved a payment failure email on the first. So when I tried updating it wouldn't go through and I looked and noticed my name was showing twice in the Shipping & Billing information so ofcourse my card would decline because the name doesn't show as such on the card. So I tried calling customer support and they told me to redo the whole process and they'll cancel out the order. I asked if the promotion would still be valid because it ended yesterday on the 31st of March and she told me yes but I redid the order and tried contacting support to include it on the ticket but he came back and stated the promo is no longer available. Could I please get help on resolving this issue so I can order my phone?
