I have yet to get a box so I can send the old phone back, to receive my 255.00 credit. The Customer people have done at least 4 submissions and I did the original one. this has been since August 2020.


I have been with this come for over 30 years and have never had this happen to me.  Help somebody besides an automation or a chat.

Few others have reported the same issue if I recall there some option in your account to get label not sure exactly where may want to look in other threads
