'Upgraded' Network

Has anyone else experienced worse coverage/service since Verizon 'upgraded' their networks? My family has 2 phones and a tablet, and none of the devices get service now.

 

I would be switching to a different servicer if I didn't have device payments. I pay nearly $300 a month and can't even use my devices.
