I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing internet outage affecting our entire block for the past two days. Despite our repeated attempts to seek assistance from Verizon Fios, the resolution has been continually delayed with claims of engineers working on the issue. It has come to light that a Verizon Fios wire was disconnected and cut, likely due to environmental factors, leaving it hanging off a pole in 177ST AND 106TH RD, Jamaica, NY 11433. This disruption has caused significant inconvenience, and we urge immediate attention to rectify the situation. We are disappointed by the lack of prompt resolution and expect this matter to be treated with the highest priority to restore essential services swiftly.
