My daily usage is no longer showing. It normally lists out all calls from the current day in the current billing cycle. It has not for 7 days. Please advise as customer service does not seem to have an answer.

carson122173, We know how important it is to be able to check and manage your usage. Is this the same experience both in the My Verizon App and My Verizon Online? Does the page just show blank? Is there any usage showing for text and data or is all usage not showing for you? Is this the case for all lines on your account?

Hello, we understand the importance of managing your usage. We want to clear things up.
An issue has been identified that is causing customers to be unable to view their usage details both online and in the mobile app. Verizon is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

I wish I could tell you, but it's been my experience that this glitch gets fixed for a while, then reappears. I too have not been able to view any data usage for the past 2.5 weeks, although my account does show the correct amount of data remaining for my plan. 😞
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
