VERIZON service has deteriorated

For the past six months or more, the network in my area for 4G has gone downhill. Been with Verizon for a very long time but seems like they have done something to the towers and only get maybe 4MBs at best during morning hours and at like 2 PM it goes down to about 2MBs. We used to get like 15 or more and never had issues. Calls drop unable to stream anything at night hardly. Talked to support and was told would need an extender. Well, being in a rural area isn't an option. It worked great before why is this happening? Is it time to switch to AT&T?

I hope you never leave us. Service can change if more people come in the area or they get more devices. Extenders are a great option to improve service. See more about them here:  https://www.verizon.com/support/4g-lte-network-extender-faqs/ -Joe

What part of the network extender isn't a solution?  Never had the issue before the 5G tower or something was put in. Verizon has changed something, and it is horrible now. Seems like Verizon doesn't care about anyone. I am only 6 miles away from town, and it happens there also. Why doesn't Verizon do something? Seems like they want people to switch. I have bars in the morning, like 3, but in the evening, it goes to 1. Never happened before until Verizon wanted to start putting in 5G towers. Help is needed. Lets get an app to report the signal
