Hello. I used ENROLL NOW under EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS to port my number to Verizon. My order confirmation email states I ordered the S22+ at a discounted rate, 5G Get More for $50/month(50% plan discount), Mobile Protect for $17/mnth, and traded in a S9+. It took 4 phone calls to get the phone activated and I'm going on 5 phone calls/chats to determine why MY VERIZON did not reflect MOBILE PROTECT nor my 50% discount on my 5G Get More plan. I had to add MOBILE PROTECT myself but still do not know what's going on with my 50% off plan discount. I just want my order confirmation details upheld.
