Verizon Attention Correspondence Team

I was told by a Verizon agent that I could only make contact with the Verizon Correspondence team via US Mail. I sent a letter well over 30 days ago and have still not received a call back or message, etc. I was told that the Correspondence team responds within a few business days! 

Verizon is improperly charging me for my phone. I was wrongfully deceived by the Verizon Agent. I was led to believe that until my old smartphone is returned, there would still be a monthly fee, but as I fully planned to return and trade in my smartphone, there would not be any increase in my monthly fees for a new smartphone device upgrade.  No one but the Verizon Correspondence team is able to help.
