Verizon Harassment

I am so tired of being a "valued customer" of Verizon Wireless!!! If my bill is a little overdue, I get 4 phone calls on my cell and my home number and 3 text messages in one day  Then when I respond and say the payment will be made in the next 12 days (as I get paid Friday), I get a text asking if it will be paid in 12 hours.  They literally harass your payment out of you.  I have been a customer for over a decade and my bills are always paid, even if a little late.  I am ready to file a civil suit for harassment!!!!!!

If you pay your bill on time they will not harrass you. They have the right to collect there money.

Thanks for posting . I am also getting annoying, stressful, and  harassing texts from Verizon— starting from the day  bill cycle ends.  The problem is that the bill is still  not due for three weeks!!     It is stressful and rude. I don’t appreciate being treated like a delinquent!!!
I am not often late with my payments. I often pay three months ahead.
reflection:  we are no longer dealing with or in a business relationship with humans. Verizon  is  a computer harassing customers using a poor business model and flawed algorithm. 
I am definitely looking for a better cell phone company! 

I just went into my Verizon account settings and TURNED OFF — the  Verizon  notifications. for when the bill is READY/due/or unpaid (it takes a while to find the setting!!).
Now: I SET MY OWN bill pay REMINDER ON APPLE REMINDERS (it won’t harass me)

TRY THAT . IDK if it works yet

Thanks for reaching out.  Last thing we want is for you to be annoyed by alerts and notifications.  Are there any specific notifications you prefer not to receive?  In MyVerizon, please sign into your account, click on Edit profile & settings, scroll to Preferences to manage notifications.  And always remember, we are here to help!
