The community Inbox doesn't exist anymore. Private messages are available via the envelope symbol next to the profile image at the top of the community website.

I've been lied to 3 times, given promotions only to have them taken away. Can't hold the agents accountable for what they say because they don't document what they tell you nor give you a way to find them with you want to verify what they told you.
I'm stuck in a 24 payment plan, paying off a promotional phone that had the promo taken away. As soon as its over I'm gone. Verizon is awful.
