I purchased 2 iPhone 13 Pros during Verizon's trad-in promotion. We were offered $1,000 each for our iPhone 12s - so we upgraded. This was a couple of months ago. We received 2 empty boxes from Verizon shortly after placing our 13 orders. These boxes said to put our trade-ins in them and ship them back. That's exactly what we did.
Here wee are 2 months later, Verizon claims they have not received the phones and I am stuck paying for the phones that should have been credited. I have spent literally hours taking to representatives with no help at all.
I would like this resolved immediately. I switched to Verizon for this promotion and couldn't be more regretful. Please provide decent service and get this resolved.
