We have been experiencing Verizon cellular data speeds that are much slower than normal. This has been going on since a local power outage on July 4th, almost a month ago. It appears that AT&T has a temporary cell set up in our area, but this is going on a month now.
Does anyone know how to get information about ongoing Verizon repairs?
Is this is just the new normal data speeds we can expect from Verizon? I
'm about ready to call and ask for money off my bill, because I'm paying for more than I'm receiving. And ultimately, it looks like Starlink is the more reliable option out here.
This is not uncommon here either; Verizon simply doesn't have the network bandwidth to serve everyone at Grand Canyon south rim, especially during an influx of Park visitation.
