As a 21 years customer, I always happy with Verizon. But recently I'm having a lot of problem with connection and to get a live person to talk over the phone. I'm receiving wrong information from reps through Chat, That's not acceptable. The service got horrible. I changed my plan to unlimited data based on what ever rep said through the chat that my bill just will be increased just $10, and I confirmed with her a couple times. But after switching to unlimited data I noticed each line got increased from $20 to $55. I'm really upset and mad, I want to change my plan back to the previous plan and of coarse no live agent exist these days to talk over the phone. I'm thinking to change it to a different company since Verizon got horrible unfortunately.

But what about the rest of the bill? $20 to $55 only tells one story. Unlimited plans add the talk/text/data/line charge into that $55. Add your plan cost and see what actually changed for the overall costs.
