Never in my two years I’ve been with Verizon felt so violated and disrespected. I was speaking with a representative that was very rude too me and that cared less about my concerns I really feel as you guys need too start listening too these recordings you so call say you record durning conversations the supervisor was laughing at my concern and was extremely rude too me I was in disbelief I’ve been a loyal customer all I needed was some support the representative didn’t care about my concerns very obnoxious and disrespectful then refused too transfer me too someone hired up I am very unhappy and I won’t be a Verizon customer any longer because of it. Ive been having the same concern and problem for 2-3 months now calling repeatedly speaking too different representatives being told different things and no actions being followed.  I wish this on nobody but Verizon extremely disappointed me doesn’t matter how long you been a loyal customer according to their “higher up” they don’t care about that or your needs very unhappy
