I am desperate for help. I mailed a phone back to Verizon on 6/28 and it was never received. I have tracking info. Verizon has now charged me $500 and I cannot get anyone to help me. UPS says I can’t file a claim because Verizon initiated the label and Verizon says they can’t do anything until it shows as lost. I’ve talked with so many different representatives and gone in several stores trying to get this resolved with no luck. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?

It's never a fun experience for anything to get lost in the mail, creedrrt, especially when there is a charge associated with a non-return like in your experience. These issues can be tricky to navigate, but you're not without options. Do you have the UPS tracking number? If so, does it show that the package was received by UPS and in transit back to us?
Without any receipt that UPS had possession of the package, our options may be limited.
