We sent in our trade-in devices, 2 Note 10 and 2 S10 phones. The IMEI numbers match and if you look up, the devices are what were supposed to be sent in. We got an email saying the devices you received are S5 in red and the promo credits will be removed. We spoke to Karen & she confirmed the IMEIs. If you look up on the IMEI, the phones are Note 10 and S10 and she ensured us that the credit won't be removed. However, when we check our account today, the bill estimate for next month shows otherwise. Can you investigate on the issue? How can you say you receive different devices when the IMEI numbers are correct (which obviously show the phone information).
APPARENTLY, THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED ISSUE!
