I have a charge posted my to my Amex today. This is an unauthorized charge and I don't have an account with Verizon. Can someone please point me in the right direction of who to speak to. Thank you.
Having an unauthorized charge show up on my credit card is very alarming, especially if I don't have an account with the company. I would recommend contacting our Fraud management department for further assistance. 888 483 7200
If you haven't already, you should also dispute the charge through your AmEx account and also change your password for that account just in case your card number was stolen.
