I've been with Verizon since October of this year and have had issues every month. First they didn't want to add my discounts. Then they promise me a discount and they don't go through with it. Now they are taking off the bring your own device discount and I've never heard anyone say that you can't combine it with other discounts. The last person who offered me it got me to switch over to a more expensive plan because of the better discount and now my bill is going to be outrageous.
