I don't know who to go to and no time to research. However, I have this experience with Verizon and WORSE. They are MONEY HUNGRY THEIVES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY PUT A 56 SMART PHONE CHARGE ON MY BILL FOR MY 95 year old BLIND MOTHER's FLIP PHONE!!! It too reporting them to consumer affairs to get it removed. You sit on hold for HOURS, not 15 minutes and then they purposely disconnect you. I would go in a heart beat if I thought any of the other companies would be less EVIL!!! Please advise if you see this and have an answer or advice! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, ONLY THEIR SHAREHOLDERS!!!
