Verizon is literally the worst when it comes to customer support and call forwarding. I have the issue of a phone line on my account with call forwarding disabled but yet it is still connected to the random phone number not associated with my account. On the phone tech support and chat service can not solve any issues or be able to troubleshoot. they need more experienced personnel who know how to work the system and not just turn the device on/off. There is a problem within Verizon system and they refuse to fix it.
