Been a Verizon customer for some time now. Here in the last 6 months or so, we have noticed that Cell Coverage has dropped and our wifi calling no longer works. Thinking it was a phone issue (iPhone XR), we upgraded to the iPhone 12. Still have the same issue. We use to be able to get at least 3 bars of service around the house. Now if we are lucky, we may (BIG MAYBE) get one bar of service.
I downloaded a couple of different apps to show me the location of Cell towers around my area. There are 2 Verizon towers 10 miles away to the NW of me, and one Verizon tower 7 Miles to the SE of me. And yet barely get one bar of service. However, I also noticed, AT&T has SEVERAL towers, one being only roughly 5 miles away. My AT&T Friends say they have great service.
It would be nice to at least be able to get wifi calling to work again, but with no avail, after time and time of trying to set it up. Still does not work.
We now think we may go back to AT&T after leaving them some years ago just so we have coverage. As we see AT&T expanding largely in our area, and Verizon seems to be leaving or weakening.
Very HeartBreaking to say the least.

Others and myself included have reported this very issue but all I get is script non answer excuses such as must be my phone i.e buy a new phone as nobody else has this problem or no report outages replace some which I did a month ago still no difference had one tell me to get a network extender I'm a mile from one of the tower insert obvious question one reply from one rep one here not long ago said more or less having one bar is good little odd how if it's just my and only my phone that's the problem other have same issue

The blue dot is my location. You would think I would be able to get some sort of service at home with one tower being only 6-7 miles away... But for some reason, I barely get one bar. What also terrible, is our wifi calling just stopped working one day and to no avail, can't get it working again.

Zip code 04055. I'm having a similar experience with Verizon. Since last Saturday I no longer have LTE data service. Best I can do is a vacillation between 3G to 1x to no service at all. I spent two hours troubleshooting with a service tech yesterday who then sent a ticket to another tech who texted me one question, which I answered and now I haven't heard back from anyone in 24 hours. Problem still exists!! Paying for data I cant use!!! Time to switch my provider?

To be honest I am losing my patience. Its been 4 days and still no service. I cant use the 16 GB that I'm paying for. Will I get a credit for the 4 days and counting without service?
