Verizon coverage issues

I have been a loyal, paid-in-full, Verizon customer for avery long time and as others have commneted on,  the service coverage used to be good. It is no longer "good" and is, in fact, terrible. I have contacted Verizon regularly for years to address the situation and am only placated at best. At worst I am put through a time consuming waste of my time restting the phone when the issue is clearly not the phone, but the towers and the service. I live in the nothern suburbs of Chicago and should have amazing coverage, but can't make calls from my driveway and calls from the house only work because of wi-fi assist. I pay full price for service that doesn't work most of the time.
