Chat takes too long, finally talked to someone who messed up my account. Cant get hold of them by phone. Waited for call back then was put on hold again!!!! You guys ----- bad. Will be looking elsewhere for Cellular service!!!!
Clearly you haven’t used AT&T or Sprint.
Remember t-mobile pledge to use local call centers, so you always get the same team? Yeah….Nope. Even they use foreign call centers now. No one wants the lousy job. Customers are rude. The pay is low.
